All live tarantula
orders are shipped Fed Ex Overnight delivery to your door for a flat
rate of $45.00 for up to 10 tarantulas per shipment. Shipments are sent
on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to arrive the following day. Orders
received after 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Tuesday are shipped the following
Monday. If your local weather is below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees, I
will wait to ship your order when the weather permits.
All packages
are shipped in a styrofoam insulated box with heat pack when
required.
Live delivery is guaranteed only if the package ships via
overnight delivery, your local temperature is between 40 and 90 degrees
Fahrenheit and someone is available to sign for the package on the first
delivery attempt.
Due to their small sizes, all tarantulas are sold
as unsexed, unless specified otherwise. Live tarantulas will not be
shipped outside the United States. Tarantula orders are shipped
seperately from cages.

The Antilles Pinktoe
Tarantula is one of the most beautiful in the world. Spiderlings are
bright blue, and eventually grow up to be metallic green, red, and

This terrestrial spider is
a nice velvet black color with red hairs on it's patella and tibia and a
black abdomen with red hairs. This is a calm, docile species and is good
for novice keepers.

Redknee (Brachypelma smithi)
Being one of the most
popular tarantulas, B. smithi is the longest lived species with females
known to live up to 20 to 30 years in captivity. They are very calm and
docile, which makes an excellent choice for novice keepers and is
relatively easy to look after in a terrestrial setup. Adults reach about

Venezuelan Green Bottle
Blue (Chromatopelma cyanopubescens)
This species of Tarantula grows to an adult size 4-4.5 inches. When
adult they are very colorful with blue legs, green carapace and orange
abdomen. Even spiderlings are colorful with their pink legs, black
carapace and black abdomen with red stripes. As they mature into
juveniles, their legs turn dark in color, the abdomen increases in red
patterning and the carapace starts turning a reddish color. These are
semi docile but can be a bit nervous, so caution should always be taken
when cleaning or feeding. This species spins webbing all over the floor
and sometimes halfway up the enclosure.

Adults have a nice overall metallic blue/violet sheen to them and
grow to 9"+. They can be aggressive. Keep them in an arboreal cage.

Blue Fang
Skeleton (Ephebopus cyanognathus)
Spiderlings have a brilliant green abdomen, orange banded legs and
those blue chelicerae, hence the name. These can be fast and sometimes
aggressive. They can be kept in a terrestrial setup with room to burrow
and moderate humidity. Overall, a very handsome spider that is hard to
come by. Get them while I have them!

Stripe (Grammostola aureostriata/pulchripes)
The most
user-friendly spider in the hobby. These docile giants reach over seven
inches across and are an overall greenish-brown color with pink and
yellow highlights. Their legs are adorned with thick yellow stripes.

Chilean Rose Hair (Grammostola rosea)
The Chilean Rose Tarantula is one of the most commonly imported tarantulas in the trade today. This species of tarantula is a combination of being fairly large, hardy and docile. The Chilean Rose Tarantula is the ultimate starter species, and should be considered for anybody who wants to dive into the hobby. They can easily be kept in a terrestrial setup with a hiding place and vermiculite substrate. These are 1/2" spiderlings, so it is best to feed them 1/4" crickets and keep them in deli containers to start.

I think of them like an African baboon spider mixed with an Indian
Ornamental. They are capable of jumping and disappearing, so keep those
lids tight.

Brazilian Salmon
Birdeater (Lasiodora parahybana)
A monster species from Brazil, these are one of the worlds largest
tarantulas. Reaching ten inches, this aggressive species is dark brown
to black with pink body hairs. These are very hardy, but like other
Lasiodora species, they will not hesitate to flick hairs in defense.
This spider's natural habitat is primarily Southeastern India and Sri Lanka. P. metallica was first discovered in a town in central southern India called Gooty. Hence, its common name is Gooty Sapphire Ornamental Tree Spider. They are hardy, relatively fast growing spiders that are generally fed crickets and roaches as juveniles and adults. Spiderlings will accept 1/4" crickets. They measure between 6-8" in legspan when fully grown. In captivity, humid environments with temperatures between 65¡ to 75¡F with a humidity level of 75 to 85% are preferred.

These are stunning arboreal spiders from southern India. Adults reach
a leggy 7" legspan and females can live 10 to 15 years in captivity.

Usambara
Baboon (Pterinochilus murinus)
The orange color morph of east-central Africa's starburst baboons.
Naturally occurring in the Usambara mountains of Kenya and Tanzania,
this species is known to come in a variety of colors, from orange to red
and brown to golden. These are aggressive and quick to dart in and out
of their silken retreats, but make very hardy and entertaining captives.
Keep these dry and they will envelop their entire environment with silk.
